Returns require proof of purchase, including your order number and associated email. The item must be unused, includes all original accessories, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. If your return is inspected and accepted, we will process the refund as a PayPal refund in 5 days.

We provide a 90 days return service. For any questions about returns or exchanges, please reach out to us within 90 days of receiving your order.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for discounted products and customized orders . For returns not related to product quality the buyer is obligated to pay the return shipping costs.

Returns due to personal choices, such as an incorrect selection, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product quality, will be charged 15%-30% processing fee.

For Damage

Inspect order before signing delivery receipt. If you do find damage please contact us within 24 hours with photo or we’re unable to guarantee a solution for replacement. service@larnavo.com

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us with your name and order number. If your order hasn't shipped and you cancel it in 48 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the order is already being processed by our factory, a 15% - 30% processing fee may be deducted from your refund.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can modify the address for free. Just email us with your request. For orders already shipped, changing the delivery address will incur a handling fee, which depends on the logistics provider’s charges. Please consult customer service for more information.

Orders that have been shipped or processed are not eligible for cancellation. For more information, please check our return policy.

How to Return an Item

1. Reach out to our customer service to inform us of your return reason, and share photos or videos if necessary.
2. After your return request is approved, we will email you a return address.
3. Send the item back and provide the return tracking number within 20 days of receiving it.
4. Once the item is returned and inspected, Larnavo will process your refund within 2 business days. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to back to your account

Processing Times

Refunds for unshipped products will be processed within 2 days. For shipped products, the refund will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Your refund will be return to your original payment method, like your credit card or Paypal, within 5 days.
