We offer a 90-day return and exchange policy. For more details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy. 

Items must be returned within 90 days of receipt. Returns require proof of purchase, including your order number and associated email. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. 

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for discounted products and customized orders. If a return or exchange is requested due to personal reasons unrelated to product quality the buyer is obligated to pay the return shipping costs. 

For Damage

Inspect order before signing delivery receipt. If you do find damage please contact us within 24 hours with photo or we’re unable to guarantee a solution for replacement. service@larnavo.com

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us with your name and order number. If your order hasn't shipped and you cancel it in 48 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the order is already being processed by our factory, a 15% - 30% processing fee may be deducted from your refund.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can modify the address for free. Just email us with your request. For orders already shipped, changing the delivery address will incur a handling fee, which depends on the logistics provider’s charges. Please consult customer service for more information.

Orders that have been shipped or processed are not eligible for cancellation. For more information, please check our return policy.

How to Return an Item

1. Reach out to our customer service to inform us of your return reason, and share photos or videos if necessary.
2. After your return request is approved, we will email you a return address.
3. Send the item back and provide the return tracking number within 20 days of receiving it.
   

Processing Times

If your return is inspected and accepted. Refunds for unshipped products will be processed within 2 days. For shipped products, the refund will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
