Please note:
- The warranty only covers defects that arise under normal usage conditions.
- Damages caused during transportation, improper installation, misuse, or human error are not covered.
2. Warranty Conditions
To qualify for warranty service, please retain your proof of purchase and ensure the following conditions are met:
- Proof of purchase: Warranty is valid only with a valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice or sales order).
- Proper usage: Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual. Overloading, misuse, or improper operation will void the warranty.
- Professional installation: Products must be installed by authorized professionals. Self-installation or modification will void the warranty.
- Excludes consumables: Consumable parts such as leather, fabric, cushions, handles, buttons, or panels are not covered under warranty.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
The following circumstances will result in the product being excluded from warranty coverage:

- After the warranty period: Once the warranty expires, free repair services will no longer be available. Customers can still opt for paid repairs or replacement parts. All services and parts after the warranty period are chargeable.
- Extended warranty: If you wish to extend the warranty period, please discuss additional warranty options with us at the time of purchase.
